Anomaly, a haircare brand run by movie actor and entrepreneur Priyanka Chopra, launched exclusively in India today on beauty and lifestyle focussed e-tailer Nykaa
This year, Priyanka Chopra introduced her haircare collection, Anomaly. The product line quickly gained popularity since it is one of the few vegan, cruelty-free, and eco-conscious beauty and care companies that offer products for a variety of hair types.
The collection consists of hair care solutions such as shampoos and conditioners for different hair needs selling in the US retailers like Walgreens, Kroger, CVS, and online on Amazon.

Indians, therefore, rejoiced to see that Priyanka Chopra Jonas had finally posted on Instagram to herald the debut of Anomaly in India in association with Nykaa. The brand will be going to introduce on the official website and in offline retailers all over India. The company offers a wide variety of products and guarantees that they will benefit all hair types.

“Right now, we’re evaluating South Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, there are many innovations that we’re working on. But as of now, the expansion is to India, and the next steps coming soon”
Anchit Nayar, CEO of the beauty e-commerce business at Nykaa, said that Anomaly would be available across Nykaa’s physical stores in 60 cities and online across 1500 cities and towns. Along with distribution, Nykaa would support Anomaly with marketing.
During the launch, Jonas shares that she still prefers to use Indian traditional methods of beauty care like rouge, curd, and honey. Their product Anomaly has been developed with such ingredients. It will enable people to treat their hair when they are running short of time.
Anomaly consists of all Natural Ingredients
She said that Indian beauty has been entrenched in nature and plants.
“You will see a massive use of plants, vegetable protein, rice starch, avocado, oil…just really beautiful ingredients that go into making your hair strong and the best that they can possibly be. I wouldn’t say it’s (Anomaly) a replacement necessarily. You can absolutely use both,” Jonas said.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas elaborates in the video. She says that the product packaging is eco-friendly and free from chemicals such as sulfate, parabens, and more. In addition, Nykaa reposted Priyanka’s video on its Instagram channel stating, “stay tuned to find out everything about the launch.”
Priyanka Chopra Jonas shares that all product bottles are 100% plastic trash and are recyclable. In fact, Anomaly’s natural haircare products ensure deep cleansing of the scalp and are available for all hair types.
