The series deals with a group of young practicing doctors. They face the realities of modern-day medicine and issues. Conrad Hawkins is one of Chastain Park Memorial Hospital’s best doctors. He is both charming and arrogant. For instance, Conrad likes to take an unconventional approach whenever possible. In addition, he believes he must shatter the romantic illusions of the first-year residents.
Dr. Devon Pravesh is an innocent idealist who leans on his finely tuned moral compass. However, with Conrad’s help, he begins to realize that the practice of medicine is a business, like any other. In addition, he realizes there are less-than-angelic patients and fallible doctors.

She once again stumbles on the secret she had tried to hide all these years. Meanwhile, Ben will be helping Kit to decide who will finally join Chastain.
