Storyline

The Owl House follows Luz Noceda, a teenage human girl from Connecticut. The story begins when she accidentally stumbles upon a portal to another world. She arrives at Boiling Isles and befriends the rebellious witch Eda Cawthorne, a witch, and her adorable demon roommate, King. Despite not having magical abilities, Luz dreams of becoming a witch, and works as Eda’s apprentice at the Owl House and ultimately finds a new family.

The second season directly follows the events of the first season finale. The main protagonists work together to return Luz to the Human Realm, help Eda confront her curse, and search for the truth about King’s past while fighting the tyrannical Emperor Belos and his minions.

Owl House Season 2 Episode 9 main Characters

The main characters of the show are three. The first is Luz Noceda, a Dominican-American teenage girl from Connecticut. She finds a portal to another world and accidentally activates it, and falls through to the other world, where she meets her two friends. She also learns magic from the Hexside Academy, though she is human. Luz is also Disney’s very first confirmed Bisexual character.

The second character is Eda Cawthorne, a witch who takes in Luz and then mentors her and cares for her. She is a 40-something lady who proclaims that she is the most powerful witch in Boiling Isles. She initially told that her nickname ‘The Owl Lady’ is because of her owl-like traits, but it is actually because of a curse that turns her into an Owl Monster.

The third main character is King, an adorable 8-year old demon boy, and Eda’s roommate. His story is only revealed in the second season. He is shown as bossy and manipulative but cares deeply for his friends. He is later adopted by Eda
