A massive 6.2 magnitude earthquake has shaken Peruvian-Ecuadorian Border Region on Friday, according to European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC). The GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) also reported some minor aftershocks that followed that primary 6.2 magnitude earthquake. So far no casualty and injury have been reported by any of govt. of the affected areas.
Peruvian President Pedro Castillo has planned to travel to the country’s northern region to survey the damage, said Alfredo Murgueytio, head of Peru’s Civil Defense Institute (Indeci). In the video below, you can see people of Peru running out of their houses in the street in fear of the earthquake.
