Amber Heard’s Aquaman 2 Role in Danger & Johnny Depp Returning for POTC 6: Everything You Need to Know

AQUAMAN:

DC’s attempt to start a cinematic universe failed at many levels with Batman Vs Superman and Justice League. But when Wonder Woman released and made almost 800 million dollars at the box-office worldwide it created hope for Warner Brothers.

Warner Brothers then give a green light to Aquaman with Jason Mamoa and Amber Heard, directed by James Wan. Aquaman collected more than a billion dollars at the box-office worldwide which kick-started the DC’s cinematic Universe.

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN:

Disney has also been investing in The pIrates of the Caribbean since the first part released way back in 2003. Since 2003, we have 5 parts of this franchise and every single one of them was a hit at the box-office. The fourth and fifth installment of this series received a quite mediocre rating from the critics but still earned almost half of what was invested in the movie.

AMBER HEARD IN AQUAMAN:

We all know about the petition from Amber Heard. The petition said to fire Amber Heard from Aquaman and has been signed by more than 1.5 million people or fans of DC. Now Warner Brothers are going ahead with her and they are ready to disappoint their fans all around the world.

The rumor started about the Amber Heard role is in danger and Emilia Clarke was replacing her. But this has not been confirmed by any party. Because of this Warner Brothers could see a loss on box-office profit of the film.

JOHNNY DEPP IN PIRATES OF CARIBBEAN:

After the allegations on Johnny Depp by his ex-wife Amber Heard, he lost many contracts with studios like the Warner Brothers and Disney. Disney Studio owns Pirates of the Caribbean, and that’s why Johnny Depp has been fired from the role of jack sparrow after working with them for almost two decades.

This also can affect the franchise on the box-office. The fans are not happy with it. The petition to reinstate Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean has more than 400,000 signatures.
