Dafne Keen in an interview
Dafne Keen has been interested in getting back to the Marvel world as Laura/X-23 for Deadpool 3, after succeeding to steal the show from Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in Logan. In an interview with Looper regarding her part in HBO’s His Dark Materials and behind, Keen talked concisely about the possibilities of coupling up with the Merc with the Mouth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Proclaiming herself “100 percent hopeful.” Nevertheless, she remarked that she is trying not to get her hopes up in case it doesn’t occur, but she does hope it does as she enjoyed playing Laura. Laura possesses a very special place in her heart and, moreover, Laura is an incredible character.
Keen further showed gratitude that Disney’s acquisition of Deadpool’s movie rights will not result in his profanities also ultra-violent behavior downplayed on camera. She explained that the whole Deadpool 3 situation made her happy because while Disney bought Fox, she had suspected they weren’t intending to do any more R-rated films, but then greenlighting Deadpool was a great sign for different R-rated movies.
X-23, Logan
X-23 got her initial debut in animation on X-Men Evolution, earning enough popularity for the character to ultimately be incorporated into the comics. Keen’s variant of Laura in Logan, while younger, stayed true to her roots as a clone of Wolverine- holding his mutant DNA, alike healing powers, and two claws rather than of three.
Despite not getting along at the beginning, she and Logan finally form a father-daughter connection, and Logan, previously suffering from adamantium poisoning, ultimately gives his life to guard Laura against the biotech agents who wanted her and the other Mutants seized.

Nothing is apprehended about Deadpool 3, which will again star Ryan Reynolds as the eponymous character and be inscribed by Wendy Molyneux plus Lizzie Molyneux. Reportedly, the movie will also maintain an R-rating like its former two 20th Century Fox-owned listings.
However, while Deadpool 3 will formally be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s concealed whether any actors from the MCU or former X-Men films will cameo some whence in its story.
