The much-awaited iPhone 12 lineups, release date, news, leaks, and price

The release date for the upcoming iPhone series is near, and Apple Inc. is going to feature the biggest iPhone update in years. However, due to the situation around this time, we won’t see the release in September, as usual.

We don’t have the confirmed release date when the iPhone 12 will ship out, but it is certainly not in this September. Apple Inc. themselves confirmed that the release would be delayed and the new iPhone 12 series will ship a few weeks later than the usual September release. Apple confirmed during its annual earnings call on July 30, along with the journalists from The Wall Street.

A prominent leaker, Jon Prosser, whose previous claim are generally almost legit, hinted that the company would release the new iPhones in October this year. Another report from another leaker suggested that the company is planning to release iPhone 12 and 12 Max before iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. The ‘iPhone 12’ lineup will release in September, while the ‘iPhone 12 Pro’ line up will release in October.

The pricing may vary even for the same phone depending upon the versions of iPhone 12. Multiple reports hint that the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 will start at $699. However, the prices could go down if the company decides to sell 4G LTE iPhone versions. Apple confirmed that all the upcoming phone would feature the much-awaited 5G connectivity upgrade. The most featured and quipped phone in the lineup — the iPhone 12 Max Pro — could go up to 1499 starting price.

Jon Prosser previously announced that the entry-level phone would start from $649 — a $50 less than the previous iPhone 11. The pricing is highly unlikely because the new iPhone feature huge upgrade and 5G connectivity.

Apple will release the four iPhone 12 models with the existing design, but with new, improved appearance. The upcoming flagship iPhones will also have the new A14 Bionic processor. If you go for the higher and most powerful iPhone in the lineup, then you would have the LiDAR cameras with the 120Hz displays. The brand new iPhone will be the most powerful iPhone mobiles that have been manufactured yet with an improvement of 40% in the CPU performance department.
