Shiba Inu is one of the most famous memecoin of crypto interested people. The meme-coin has given amazing returns to its investors, also known as the Shib Army.

Shiba Inu has been in the news for two reasons. In 2021,Tesla founder Elon Musk had tweeted stating he would like to own a Shiba pup that excited the crypto market and the prices rose by 300 percent.

Microsoft recently tweeted ” There are two types of a dog on Teams meeting”.watching this hundreds of ShibArmy members have reacted to the tweet, calling on them to partner with SHIB Token. Some even mentioned the advantages or benefits which Microsoft will get if this happens.

However, there’s no official comment or statement from either party yet. This suggests that whatever Microsoft has planned, it does not want to disclose it right now for some reason.

While Microsoft might not have any partnership with Shiba Inu yet, the company has a history of adopting crypto. It started accepting Bitcoin back in 2014.

The company is also planning to enter the metaverse space. Its record-breaking acquisition of Activision Blizzard is one of the steps towards achieving this.

Shiba Inu, the team is working on expanding beyond just being a meme coin. It’s currently working on its Layer-2 solution called Shibarium, with plans to launch anytime soon.

Presently, the Shiba Inu token is trading at $0.00003179 and has seen a 2.1% drop in the last 24 hours. This shows that the rumors linking it to Microsoft haven’t significantly affected its price action. IT  is also currently working on its metaverse project and recently announced Shiba Lands.
