Legacies is a fictional supernatural drama series that was created after the popularity of the show The Vampire Diaries. Julie Plec is the creator of Legacies and all the other spin-offs of The Vampire Diaries.
It premiered in 2018 after The Originals ended. The story continues about the Mikaleson family which is taken forward by the living daughter of Klaus Mikaleson, Hope.

The story continues after the death of Klaus Mikaelson. Hope, his daughter has recently turned into a tribrid and after the death of the love of her life, she decided to turn off her humanity, so that, she won’t have to feel any more pain or loss, about the people that are no longer with her.
However, her friends are constantly making an effort to bring back her humanity but we all know that the only way it’s possible is when Landon will return. Hope, in the most recent episode, visits Clarke in search of some monsters. In mystical falls, Cleo tells everyone that he dreamed about hope trying to murder them all.
Lizzie is determined to bring her father back from the coma, but, Josie convinces her not to use any black magic as that would harm her. Josie still worries about hope. Landon is seen struggling to find peace.
