School 2021 is a new Netflix Korean series that will be launched on November 17, 2021. The high school-based youth drama is highly anticipated.
The drama is written by Jo Ah-Ra and Dong Hee-sun. Kim Min-tae has beautifully brought the story to life with his direction. It is a coming-of-age, Teen drama mixed with comedy and romance. KBS will be officially distributing the series.

The plot of School 2021
This Kdrama is a popular series that has portrayed modern-day problems of school students through the years. The show takes a realistic perspective of a teenager’s life. school and seeking their ambitions, rather than going off to college. The students suffer from challenges that an education system poses to achieve their dreams.
School 2021 particularly explores the life of vocational school students. Gong Ki Joon is one of the characters that had his dream shattered. Due to an injury, he had to refrain from taekwondo. Although once he even won the medal in the National Athletics Competition. Things get worse as his father’s business goes bankrupt, hence he’s unable to join a college. He opts to study in a vocational school.
Another student Jung Young Joo becomes Ki Joon’s friend at the school. They both don’t have much in common but they form a strong bond. Jin Ji Won completes the circle of three friends. The three of them help each walk towards their dreams. Together they get a chance to overcome their past and live the life of their dreams.

The cast of the Show
The show features Kim Yo Han, Cho Yi Hyun, Choo Young Woo, Kim Kang Min, and Hwang Bo Reum Byeol as the main cast. The series is based on the novel ‘Oh, my boys!’ by Lee Hyun.
Airing Period
The first episode of the show will be released on November 17, 2021. It’ll be telecasted from Nov 17, 2021 – to Jan 6, 2022. The show consists of a total of 16 episodes and it’ll be released every Wednesday and Thursday. It’s available to watch on the KBS channel and Viki Rakuten.
