About Kings Affection
Kings Affection is a very famous romantic drama series that originated in South Korea. The writers and directors of Kings Affection are Han Hee-Jung and Song Hyun-wook. The series first aired on KBS2 on October 11, 2021. New episodes air every Monday and Tuesday.
During the era of the Joseon Dynasty, giving birth to twins was considered a bad sign. During this period, there was a Crown Prince whose wife gave birth to twins, a boy, and a girl. It was decided that the twin daughter had to die to prevent the downfall of the empire. The queen could not accept this and she made a plan to send her out of the palace.
Unfortunately, a few years later the twin son was killed in a battle. The Crown Prince’s wife decided to secretly bring back her twin daughter and instructed her to live the rest of her life pretending to be Lee Hwi. But it was quite difficult for the twin daughter as she started feeling for Jung Ji-Un, her teacher, who had no idea about her real identity. It remains to be seen how things turn out as the story progresses.
