Kingdom Season 3 Episode 28: Release Date and Watch Online

Yasuhisa Hara’s Kingdom is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by him. The manga tells the story of the Warring States period through the eyes of the war orphan Xin and his companions as he strives to become the greatest general under the skies and, in the process, unify China for the first time in 500 years.

Since January 2006, the manga has been published in Shueisha’s seinen manga magazine Weekly Young Jump, and as of July 2021, it has been compiled into 62 tankobon volumes. Studio Pierrot turned the series into a three-season anime television series. From June 2012 through February 2013, the first season of 38 episodes aired.

From June 2013 through March 2014, the second season of 39 episodes aired. From April 2020 through October 2021, Studio Signpost and Pierrot aired the third season with 26 episodes. In April 2022, a fourth season will debut.

In the series, we see that Xin and Piao are war orphans living as slaves in a rural town in the kingdom of Qin during the Warring States period of ancient China. They do, however, train regularly to become the “Great Generals of the Heavens.” A minister then takes Piao to the palace for an unexplained reason one day, leaving Xin behind.

Piao, who is on almost the verge of death, finally comes back to the community a few months later, begging Xin to leave for another town. Later in the series, Xin meets Ying Zheng who is the current Great King of The Qin Kingdom, who is remarkably identical to Piao. Xin discovers that Piao was actually none other than Ying Zheng’s body double and was severely injured in a power struggle for the kingdom.

Piao is also Xin’s childhood best friend and a fellow war orphan, and he aspires to be generally recognized throughout China. His physical appearance is identical to King Ying Zheng’s, and he is given a place as Zheng’s body duplicate in the Qin court. He accepts the post, only to be killed by an assassin hired by the Cheng Jiao Faction while battling.
