The story surrounds the teen genius Nasa Yuzaki and his developing relationship with his new wife, Tsukasa, who saves him in a car accident at the beginning of the story. In North America, the manga is licensed by Viz Media. An anime television series adaptation by Seven Arcs aired from October to December 2020 on Tokyo MX and other channels.

The story surrounds the teenager genius Nasa Yuzaki who has been made fun of his name in high school. Nasa Yuzaki tops every exam he takes which helped him get into a high school. Everything seems fine until one day when coming out of school holding high school practice exam scores got attracted by a beautiful and silent girl across the street.
He was so awestruck by her that he started crossing the road and got hit by a car. The girl comes furiously and saves him. Nasa asked Tsukasa if she will marry him and she agrees to his proposal. After getting recovered from the injuries Nasa goes out to look for Tsukasa but his hopes were ruined when he didn’t find her.

After two years, love knocked on his door again. It was Taukasa. She shows up and formally introduces herself as Tsukasa and she brings a marriage form with her. They got engaged and started living their married life.
