Edens Zero is a Japanese science fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Hiro Mashima. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine, with its chapters collected into seventeen tankobon volumes as of September 2021.
The manga is published digitally in six other languages. An anime television series adaptation produced by J.C.Staff aired from April to October 2021. Edens Zero takes place in a fictional space universe inhabited by humans, aliens, and sentient robots.

The story revolves around the journey of a boy Shiki Granbell. He is an Ether Gear user who lives on the planet Granbell. One day, he starts a journey over the starship across different planets in the search of a cosmic goddess “Mother”. In this journey, he gains an Interstellar Warship as an inheritance from his grandfather figure. Shiki is an orphan raised by robots on the deserted theme park plant Granbell, meets and befriended Rebecca and her cat Happy, they visited the park in order to record videos for the video sharing website Aoneko Channel.
Shortly, after their meeting, Rebecca and Happy were kidnapped by residents of the theme park, which was later make Shiki leave the planet with Rebecca and Happy. Shiki rescues her and together escaped the planet to explore the Shakura Cosmos.
