About World Trigger
World Trigger is a Japanese manga series written by Daisuke Ashihara. It is produced by Toei Animation and aired on TV Asahi from October 2014 to April 2016. The second season aired from January to April 2021.
The story is set in the Mikado City where one day a portal opens connecting another strange world to the human world. Monsters known by the name neighbors invade the human world destroying everything in their path until an organization called border comes to the aid and repels the neighbor’s attacks. The story follows Kuga, a strong humanoid neighbor who meets Osamu Mikumo, a Secret C-class Border trainee at school, and become friends. As Kuga is not familiar with human ways, Osamu guides him and prevents him from being discovered by Border.
In this chapter, Osamu might get confused and figure out if the upper management could be messing with them. Osamu’s training session with Reji and Suwa will continue. This chapter might also reveal how Osamu’s low stats will reflect in the higher-up’s judgment.
