DJ Nash developed the American family drama television series A Million Little Things for ABC. David Giuntoli, Romany Malco, Allison Miller, Christina Moses, Christina Ochoa, Grace Park, James Roday Rodriguez, Stéphanie Szostak, Tristan Byon, and Lizzy Greene star in the film, which is produced by ABC Signature and Kapital Entertainment.

In August 2017, ABC committed to a put pilot commitment for the show. In May 2018, A Million Little Things was commissioned to series and debuted on September 26, 2018. The series was revived for a fourth season in May 2021, and it debuted on September 22, 2021.

On September 22, 2021, at 10 p.m. ET, the first episode of A Million Little Things Season 4 premiered on television. Furthermore, the program was titled “Family First” and aired on ABC, a prominent American television network. The first episode begins up immediately after the events of Season 3’s conclusion. When Gary gets home, he gets a message from Darcy, who says she is ready to have a family with him because she loves him.

On the other side, we get a glimpse of Rome and Regina’s new existence after deciding to foster Tyrell. Eddie, meantime, is taken aback when he receives a call from the lady who attacked him and forced him into a wheelchair. He’s also dealing with the news that he and his wife Katherine are divorcing. When it comes to Delilah, the first episode of Season 4 was the final appearance of this long-running series regular.
