American Rust Season 01 Episode 03: Release Date and Watch Online

American Rust Season 01 Episode 03 is going to release on 26th September 2021, Sunday on Showtime, CBS, and Fox. Fans are excited.

Dan Futterman created the American television drama series American Rust, which is based on Philipp Meyer’s novel of the same name. Showtime premiered the series on September 12, 2021. The television adaptation of American Rust was ordered to series by USA Network in November 2017.

Brian McGreevy, Lee Shipman, and Philipp Meyer wrote the pilot episode, which will be directed by David Gordon Green. After failing to recruit a leading actor for the show, it was canceled on January 25, 2018. The A.V. Club’s Zack Handlen gave it a “C” grade based on three episodes, stating, “There’s a lot not to appreciate about Rust, a gloomy, well-acted, horribly written bit of misery porn” and that “the conversation is all simply explanatory.”

About the Show:

In the show Del Harris, the chief of police in a small Pennsylvania Rust Belt town, takes on an investigation after the son of the woman he loves is suspected of murder. Critics have given American Rust mixed reviews. The series has a 25% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 16 critic reviews with an average rating of 7/10.

“American Rust’s story of America’s loss is a different one, but despite an A-list cast, it simply lacks the narrative method and the gravity necessary to do its subject matter credit,” the website’s critics agree. The series is about when the lady he loves learns that her son has been charged with murder, Harris must determine what he is ready to do to protect him.
