What Has Happened
The plot revolves around a fairly popular student named Yatora Yaguchi who always aces attest. Yaguchi is academically very smart. However, some things keep bothering him. He feels like there is no passion or enthusiasm in his life. Like, his day-to-day activities lack color.
One day he visits his high school’s art program. In the art club, he sees the clubmates paint and is suddenly taken aback. He feels something move within him. He feels like maybe this is the passion that is lacking in his dull life.
He was so deeply inspired by the paintings that he saw in the art club that he decided to start doing it as a hobby alongside academics. He thinks he has enough potential to create his own art and is very determined to join the club.
Later, he does join the club after he had a talk with one of his friends called Ryuji, who motivated him to follow his dreams. After this conversation, he finally joins the club and becomes an exclusive member. Now, he lets his art drive him as he draws and makes it clear that he wants to get into the Tokyo University of the Arts.
