Land of Lustrous or “Houseki no Kuni” is a Japanese manga series created by Haruko Ichikawa. The series was first aired in October 2012 in the Afternoon magazine.
The 11th volume was published on July 20 by Kodansha Comics. Subsequently, the 11th volume is scheduled to be shipped on October 5, 2021.
The plot follows creatures, who are actually immortal humanoid forms of several gemstones. These gemstones are drawn out into life forms called Lustrous. Another race called, Lunarians, like to makes these lustrous ornaments for decoration.
So, they always have to defend themselves and fight against the Lunarians. A task to assemble a natural history since they are too brittle to fight is given to the youngest of the lustrous, named Phos.

In the February 2021 issue of Kodansha’s Afternoon magazine, on Friday; Haruko Ichikawa announced that she would be going on a hiatus. Neither the reason nor the amount of time was announced in the issue. Fans assumed that she might just be on a break.

Land of Lustrous Chapter 96 will be available for reading in Kodansha Comics. Sadly, you cannot read the chapters online as Kodansha USA is yet to publish the English translation of the manga.
It is suggested to wait for the official translations to come out rather than reading on pirated sites. However, you can always depend on fansubs if necessary.
What Has Happened
Set in the far future, Land of the Lustrous is a land inhabited by an immortal life form called the Lustrous, which is the embodiment of gemstones. They are a total of twenty-eight Lustrous in the number who are led by their master, Kongo.
The master teaches and trains them to fight and defend themselves against the Lunarians, who come now and then, to harvest the Lustrous’ bodies into ornaments for decorations. Due to their brittleness, the Lustrous are unable to fight against the Lunarians.
So, Phosphophyllite also called Phos in short, is 300 years old and is also the youngest of the Lustrous along with other Lustrous is given the task to assemble a natural history by Kongo.
While looking for information to include in the book, Phos meets the Nightwatch, Cinnabar, who is poisonous and prefers to be alone in isolation because he’s dangerous to even to other Lustrous. Cinnabar is unhappy with his life in isolation, therefore, Phos offers him a place within his team.
