One Piece is a Japanese manga series created by Eiichiro Oda. It first aired in July 1997, in the manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump by Shueisha. All the chapters are collected into 99 tankōbon volumes as of the latest.
The plot revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a boy who mistakenly ate a Devil fruit which made his body gain the properties of rubber. In hopes to become the next King of the Pilates, Luffy with his Pirate crew, explore the Grand Line looking for the world’s ultimate treasure, “One Piece”.

Henchman Apoo’s Fighting music will attack and bring damage to Luffy and Zorro. Kaidou will try to avenge himself by joining the attack against Apoo. Luffy and Zorro will initially avoid the damage with Kaidou. However, the fighting Music Technique will turn out to be a very good tactic since it will bring upon a lot of damage.
What Has Happened
Previously on One Piece episode 985 which is titled ‘Thinking of Otama – Luffy’s furious strike’ depicts a very furious Luffy. The episode begins with the ending of the last episode which shows Luffy is flabbergasted as well as a very cross when he sees everyone wasting food.
He is taken back to a memory, in which he is with Tama and she tells him about her days when she faced extreme starvation and poverty. Later, Luffy severely punishes Kaido’s men for wasting and exploiting food, as he does not want him and his men to face the same fate as Tama. The episode ends with the raid turning lopsided somehow at the end, meanwhile, Queen gets alerted.
