OnePlus is a Chinese brand and over the years it has been noticed that whenever a Pro and non Pro models are launched together, people often choose the Pro model because it offers more features albeit the price is higher. The difference in features between the OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro is still the best example we’ve seen so far.
OnePlus 9 was launched on 23 March 2021 in India and since then various reviews have been uploaded about the mobile. OnePlus 9 is the next upgrade of the OnePlus 8.
One plus 9: Review
There are two price variants on the OnePlus 9 mobile. 12GB RAM variant (with 256GB of storage), which is priced at Rs. 54,999 and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage priced at Rs. 49,999. The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro both have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It is available in three colors, Astral Black, Artic Sky, and Winter Mist.
The OnePlus 9 is still well-made, and the plastic frame looks like metal, despite the fact that it isn’t. The only saving grace is that it’s significantly lighter (183g) and thinner (8.1mm) than the 9 Pro and even the 8T.
The alarm slider and buttons, like those on the 9 Pro, have excellent tactile feedback. For the front and back of the handset, OnePlus has held Corning Gorilla Glass. A USB Type-C port, dual-SIM tray, and speaker are located on the bottom.

OnePlus 9 Specifications:
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC is used in both the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro. The OnePlus 9 does not have a wireless charging feature. However, it is available in Europe and America with 15W Qi Wireless charging.
The rest of the OnePlus 9 features are the same as the OnePlus 9 Pro mobile like the WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 4500mAH Battery life, Dolby Atmos speakers. The overall performance of the phone has been said to be pretty solid from the moment of the launch.
The phone software recently got updated to OxygenOS 11.2.4.4 which is the fourth update since the launch of the OnePlus 9 smartphone. The update is 349MB in size and is only available for Indians. However, it will be made available worldwide in the next couple of days.
