Corey Pujols 27-year-old employee of Dunkin Donuts is accused of killing a customer after he called him a racial slur. He punched a 77-year-old customer. Who used the word racial slur while raising a complaint to the restaurant.
According to the reports that came from police claimed that the incidents took place at around 1.30 pm on 4th May. When the law enforcement arrived at the sport they found the 77-year-old man unconscious on the floor. He was also bleeding from his head. He was immediately taken to the Tampa General Hospital and was placed in an intensive care unit.

Police says that he was punched after which he feel backward and banged his head. According to the report he initially went to the stores drive-thru to complain about the service at which he was really annoyed. But due to his behavior, he was asked to leave the restaurant due to his bad behavior.
He parked his car and entered the restaurant where he was confronted by Pujols. According to Pujol who is black the man called him a racial slur. Pujols again asked the customer to say it again the customer did so after which he was punched by Pujols.
According to several other reports given by Pujols, the customer was a regular visitor and was extremely rude. The CCTV video footage show’s that the man banged his head to the ground which can be the cause of his death.
According to the autopsy report the customer had a fractured skull and brain contusions. The customer is not identified yet. Two days after the incident the man died in the hospital’s intensive care unit.
Mr. Pujols was arrested on charges of hitting a person elderly to him. But he was later given a bail the very next day posting a $ 2,000 bail.
But soon after the customer’s death he was again arrested under the murder charges and manslaughter charges. He is sentenced to 30 years in prison. Dunkin donuts reacted to the incident
” We are deeply saddened by the incidents at our franchise restaurant in Tampa. The franchisee, who independently owns and operates this restaurant, is fully cooperative with the local authorities. As this is an ongoing investigation, we defer any additional questions to the police,”
