Tom Holland and Zendaya could definitely be the next power couple in Hollywood. Both of them have proved themselves to be among the best upcoming actors. We would love to see them together in and outside their movies. Their relationship is something that all their fans will definitely ship for. But are they secretly dating each other?
Let’s take a look into their relationship timeline
2016
They met each other for the first time in July during the casting of Spiderman: Homecoming and soon became good friends. Tom posted a pool pic on his Instagram the same month with his co-star Zendaya which marked the beginning of each others entries into their social media accounts. They even made their first red carpet appearance together in the comic-con event.
2017
Their movie Spiderman: Homecoming released in mid-2017. They were seen together during the movie promotions always joking about each other. The whole of the year they insisted that they were just friends and not dating in their interviews. Some of the notable magazines published articles confirming that they were indeed dating. Tom was seen hanging out with Zendaya’s family during the ending of the year.
2018
Both of them sat together for the Oscars in 2018. Just after the release of the first Spiderman movie, they started working together for its sequel and even made several red carpet appearances together.
2019
Their 2nd movie together Spiderman: Far from home was released where we got to see them sharing their first on-screen kiss. They continued their Spiderman press tour together and we got to see many cute moments between them.
During the pandemic
Though they did not get to meet each other much during the starting of the pandemic, now they are back together working for Spiderman 3. The shooting started during the end of 2020. And now we can see our favourite on-screen couple sometime in the films by 2022.
Zendaya was also rumored to be dating Jacob Elordi during the shoot of their TV series Euphoria. Tom is rumored to be dating Nadia Parkes but none of the rumors have been confirmed. Let’s hope Tom and Zendaya will officially confirm that they are dating each other.
