Eight times Emmy Winner, ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ is back again with season 4. The announcement of the renewal of season 4 was made a long time ago. The series made the announcement just after the finale of season 3 with the caption, “You did this, Resistors. Praise be. Season 4 of The #HandmaidsTale is happening!” on July 26, 2019.
The Handmaid’s Tale Season 4: Release Date
The Handmaid’s Tale S4 will air on April 28, 2021, on Hulu. Turns out that the series will be premiering in three installments on the same date which will be later followed by many weekly episodes. In total it will have 10 episodes.
It’s moreover been affirmed that a fifth season is on the cards, with The Hollywood Reporter confirming the show’s return by means of showrunner Bruce Miller.
What To Expect This Season?
After watching the trailer, we will see a darker side of the story. Everybody is on the seek for June: Nick (Max Minghella), Close relative Lydia (Ann Dowd), Fred Waterford (Joseph Fiennes), and all of Gilead, of course.
Brief scenes bother a get-together between June and Nick, June and her girl, and an epic standoff between June and Aunt Lydia. In Season 4 the show will have a commitment to speak to an exact displaced person encounter since so many of our characters are either caught or they’re progressing to be displaced people.’
This season will focus on a lot of payoffs, June, and Lydia’s breathless riot. Nick will be portrayed in a new setting and an evolved character. Episode 1 is titled ‘Pigs’ which is written by Bruce Miller and directed by Colin Watkinson. Few episodes are directed by Elizabeth Moss herself, the protagonist of the series.
