The preview for episode 12 shows that Mikasa and Armin meeting with Premier Zackly. While Eren gets a visit based on the logo behind their uniforms from the Garrison Officers, one of them is Dot Pixis. The preview ends with an explosion coming from a nearby building.
Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 12 release date is on February 28, 2021 at 3:45 PM EST on Sunday,in US.The episode will be available on Monday, February 15, 2021,for international viewers.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 12 Story line:
Episode 12 is titled ‘Guides’. Episode 12 will mostly focus on Hange and Pixis discovering that Yelena did a secret meeting with Eren.
Mikasa and Armin will also ask Darius Zackly to meet with Eren but their request was denied. After Mikasa and Armin leave the premises, there will be an explosion that kills four people.
