The prominent American singer who’s popularly known for her first on Billboard 100 single ‘Bad Guy’. She’s has released her debut song When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? became the best selling album and was on top of Billboard 200. Later, she made her first debut number-one single in the UK by performing for the James Bond movie names, No Time to Die, on the themed song with the same name.
Not only this, Everything I Wanted, My Future, and Therefore I Am, her singles were trending among the top 10 in the UK and the US. Furthermore, she became the youngest and the second artist to win Best New Artist, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year and they are four main Grammy categories. Besides winning four main Grammy categories, two American Music Awards, two Guinness World Records, three MTV Video Music Awards, and one Brit Award, she’s impressing her fans with all her superb achievements.
New song ft Lockdown
The world was suffering from global pandemic COVID 19, which put a full stop on everything either be it any industry or any occupation. The artists were all free and quarantining themselves throughout the lockdown to stay away from the virus. During this lockdown, Billie Eilish, who’s nineteen years old- the youngest and the second artist to win four main categories of Grammy, took advantage of the time and created a new song for her next (2021) album.
Recently in ‘The Late Show’ hosted by Stephen Colbert, she appeared as one of his guests and spoke about her new album.
“I don’t think I would’ve made the same album, or even the album at all if it weren’t for Covid. “That doesn’t mean it’s about Covid at all, it’s just that, when things are different in your life, you’re different. That’s just how it is. So, I have to thank Covid for that, and that’s about it”, says Billi Eilish.
Moreover, she also talked about her documentary ‘The World’s a Little Blurry’ which will be based on her life struggles, from the beginning till receiving the Grammy Awards.
“I think it’s important to know, though, as an audience member of a doc, it’s not everything. You’re seeing a sliver of my life at that time, says Billie talking about her Documentary.
We can’t really wait for her both projects to release, can we? Let’s just hope them to release soon as we all already know that it would be worth waiting.
