Gear up gamers, Microsoft is all set to launch its new Wireless headset. This is the first Xbox Wireless headset by the Microsoft team. These headsets are compatible to work for gaming on the Xbox Series X or Series S as well as PCs. One can even plugin with their mobile phones to listen to music.
Xbox Wireless Headset has a rotating earcup dial feature to manage the volume, which was a previous similar feature to the Surface Headphone of Microsoft. People are speculating their doubts about these two, which one is more beneficial for them. Is it Xbox Wireless Headset or Surface Headphones? Let’s find out.
Xbox Headset features
The headsets have a black matte finish with the Xbox logo inscribed on their earcups. As a legitimate gaming headset, this one incorporates a microphone that can be tucked absent when not in utilization. Two beam-forming mics and voice segregation tuning offer assistance with the headset to separate your voice from outdoor disturbances.
The headsets have a metal band with a foam pad whereas the earcups have an oval plan with polyurethane leather and foam. These headsets have excellent headband cushioning, one can wear them for hours without feeling any pain on the head. Whereas the Surface Headphones had poor headband cushioning causing discomfort.

Xbox Remote Headset is fueled with 40mm drivers that are made from paper composite material and neodymium magnet. They have a reaction extend of 20Hz to 20,000Hz. The headset interfaces utilizing Bluetooth 4.2 and underpin the SBC codec.
There’s a USB Type-C harbor that lets you charge the inner lithium-ion battery that the company claims can provide up to 15 hours of battery life. Thirty minutes of charging can get you almost four hours of battery life and Xbox Remote Headset can be completely charged in three hours.
Although these headsets have this one disadvantage that the battery life is low to what Surface Headphones have to provide. Surface Headphones stretch to 20 hours long.
Xbox Wireless Headset Price
If one wants almost all the features of Surface Headphones($250, approx 18,186) at a low price, one can go for these headsets. Their price is set at $99 (roughly Rs. 7,300) in the US. Sadly, these headsets won’t be available in India till October 5, 2021, so the final pricing has not yet been decided.
