Kaguya Sama love is war is a Japanese manga series written by Aka Akasaka with a touch of both romance and comedy. Shueisha’s Seinen Manga Magazine Miracle Jump started its serialization in May 2015 which later got transferred to Weekly Young jump in 2016. Its English version is published by Viz Media. The A1 pictures did an adaptation of the 12 episodes Anime series which was aired in Japan from January 2019 till March 2019.
Kaguya-Sama Love is War Season 3 Confirmed
The 12 episodes season 2 was aired in 2020 from April 2020 till June 2020. The series has been also adapted into a live-action film directed by Hayato Kawai. The film was released in Japan in September 2019. According to the sources the original video animation is said to get aired this year and season three of the Kaguya – same love is war is said to be under production.
Kaguya Sama love is war is a cute love story of Miyuki and Kaguya two school-going children who like each other but are too proud to confess their feelings to each other. Later in the story, they confess their feelings to each other and the focus of the story then shifts to their love story. The misunderstandings and their relationship issues. Thia gives the story touch of comedy. The series is for the youth and is the most awaited series that the youth look up to.
The cast of Kaguya Sama love is war includes Kaguya Shinomiya who’s given voice by Aoi Koga for the Japanese version and Alexis Tipton who voices the English version. Followed by Makoto Furukawa ( Japanese version) and Aaron Dismuke ( English version) as Miyuki Shirogane, Konomi Kohara ( Japanese version) and Jad Saxton (English version)as Chika Fujiwara, Ryota Suzuki (Japanese version) and Austin Tindle ( English version) as Yu Ishigami, Miyu Tomita ( Japanese version) and Madeleine Morris (English version) as Miko Ino and Yumiri Hanamori (Japanese version ( and Amanda Lie ( English version) as Al Hayasaka.
The series is produced by A1 pictures which know for its series ‘Sword Art Online’ and ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ in the entertainment industry. Shinichi Omata will be directing the series who is known for ‘Grancrest War’ and ‘Puella Magi Madoka Magica’ which he previously directed. Yusuhiro Nakanishi will be writing the script for the series followed by Yuuko Yahiro who will design the characters.
The opening theme song and the ending song of the series is not yet revealed. Jin Aketagawa and Kei Haneoka will be sound director and music composer respectively.
The season of the Kaguya Sama love is war was confirmed by the creators in the event “ Kaguya Sama Wants To Tell You On Stage”. The series is available on Crunchyroll, Funimation, Viz Media and Hulu.
