World Trigger is easily one of the most popular anime television series in reent times, with dedicated fandom that never misses new episodes. The anime is set in a fictional Mikado city, where due to an interdimensional rift, monsters called Neighbours began to appear. These monsters then started attacking humans and to counter them, humans formed a organization called Border, to fight against the monsters.
The members of the organization has the technology called Triggers, which is used to fight against the Neighbours. A person is transforemd into a battle body after using Triggers by chanelizing through their internal energy called Trion. However, the story tells revolves around the student named Yūma Kuga, a humanoid Neighbor and Osamu Mikumo, a border C-class Border trainee.
Mikuma guides Kuga in the daily and school life to live as a human so that other doesn’t dicover his identity as a Neighbor. The second season started airing on TV Asahi following five-year break from the first season. TV Asahi recently dropped the third episode and it is time for the next episode. Akihiro Nakamura is directing the epiosode from the screenplay from writer Hiroyuki Yoshino, who wrote all three previous episodes.

The next episode of the anime series will air on TV Asahi on Sunday, 30 January 2021, at 1:30 AM JST. If you are at different region, then the release time may differ depending upon the time zone. Not only TV Asahi’s NUMAnimation block, but also the popular anime streaming platfrom, Crunchyroll streams the new episode of the anime. Since its premiere on January 10, all new episodes are releasing on Sundays.
In the previous episode titled Battle, Gattlin is trying hard to finish the mission as quickly as he can. After Meeden used a counterattack against the Galopoula’s soldiers, they were pushed back. Yomi is trying to control another Idra, but Kitora and Kuroe notices him. They rush towards him and try to take down. Kuroe uses her Trigger but Yomi easily overhwelms her and injures her.
Elsewhere the battle between Nasu and Kumagai and Wen Sō is getting serious. However, they defeat her with the help of Kikuchihara after an intense battle.
