This will be a very convenient form of gaming as it will not require you to download large files and install them before playing the game. It will be particularly useful for people who do not have a powerful GPU in their device. All the data processing occurs on the cloud system that companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Nvidia have heavily invested in.

This service will also require an extremely fast internet connection of at least 10Mbps.

You need to be located near a data center to reduce latency. So Xbox cloud gaming will be accessible only in a few countries – most parts of the U.S., Canada, parts of Europe, and South Korea.

Microsoft is expanding this to new markets and opening more data centers. So, this service can be soon expected to be available in Australia, Brazil, Japan and Mexico.
