Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 5 Fish Locations: Where to Find All 40 Fish in Fortnite, Fishing Tips and More

Epic Games has released the new season of a widely popular video game, Fortnite. Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 debuted with several amazing changes, including the Mandalorian. The fifth season has several good stuff, but the Mandalorian’s arrival from the Disney+ blockbuster show, The Mandalorian is arguably the best inclusion in the new season. For the fans, who enjoyed fishing in Fortnite, Fishes are back in Fornite Chapter Two, Season Five.

A player can find fishes on different locations across the map. However, the new season has featured special types of fishes. These special types of fishes cannot be caught anytime you wish. Such special fishes spawn at certain locations and in certain conditions. You have to be in specific locations or play the game at a special time to catch these fishes. Some of these fishes can be caught during the night time, while you will require the Pro Fishing Rod to catch some fishes.

Also, the new season has introduced several new kinds of fishes like Zero Point, Snowy, and Rift floppers. There is a total of 40 fishes available to catch in the fifth season. The normal floppers can appear in any water body around the map but some special fishes appear in specific locations. When you tap the Quests on the Play Screen, you can check what types of fishes you have caught.

This season, there are specific fishes that appear at specific locations. You will not be able to find these fishes just wandering around the water body in the map. Most of the fishes are available anywhere around the map and only a few are the specific fishes that are found in specific locations.

Pro Fishing Rod

While fishing some of these fishes, you need a special type of fishing rod called, Pro Fishing Rod. You will get this kind of fishing rod after looting the barrels. The best time to catch the fish is night, so set the time to Night and fish after setting the weapons in Explosive mode.
