The airing of the third episode of FBI Season 3 on December 1, 2020, has been officially delayed. CBS’s hit drama FBI fans couldn’t watch the new episode on the previously scheduled date. However, the episode will return the next week on December 8, 2020. The reason behind the delay is still unknown but you can expect next week at 8 pm central on CBS.
The previous episode titled Unreasonable Doubt aired on November 24, 2020. In the episode, the FBI are investigating the mysterious case of three dead women. These three women were killed and then weighted down deep inside the lake. After discovering the dead bodies, the FBI races to stop the wicked active serial killer. Jubal Valentine, the FBI ASAC realises that the killing may be linked to an old case.
Jubal then stars looking into the old cases after discovering the similarities with the recent killing. The season kicked off with Maggie returning to the department from her secret undercover mission. She later receives a medal for her undercover mission, however, the mission has emotionally disturbed her. When OA asked the details about the mission, she didn’t share what really happened. Not only that Maggie has another secret to hide — a relationship with Special Agent Nestor Vertiz.
More threat coming on the agents’ way!
Alex Chapple, who directed the season premiere, Never Trust a Stranger, will also direct the upcoming episode. Joe Halpin will handle the script of the episode titled Liar’s Poker. The episode will feature an action-packed confrontation between the FBI agents and the terrorists. David Zayas who portrayed Angel Batista in the hit crime drama, Dexter will be appearing as a guest star in the upcoming episode.
The FBI agents have captured the infamous leader of a drug cartel, who is also one of the most wanted men in the world. Antonio Vargas, the cartel leader isn’t a man you get easily without trouble. His henchmen’s are plotting a terrorist plan to rescue him out of the FBI headquarters. The headquarter is at maximum risk. Furthermore, the Special Agent in Charge, Isobel Castille has to make a difficult choice.
