In Apple’s “Time Flies” event, Apple is expected to launch an affordable version of the Apple Watch along with Apple 6. This affordable version will be known as Apple Watch SE. Also, there are speculations of a new iPad too.

This Apple Watch SE is being treated as the replacement of Apple Watch Series 3. Jon Prosser has been tweeting a lot about this rumored watch recently.
This affordable watch is being launched to compete with the watches offered by Fitbit. While the Series 6 is going to be the expensive, premium offering. The affordable Apple Watch will come in two sizes- 40mm and 44mm. The design will be similar to Apple Watch 4 and it will have an M9 chip.
This watch will most probably miss out on a few features like an always-on display, ECG, etc. But all these are just “rumors” as of now. Let’s see what Apple announces on September 15.
