Moments after Intel announced their new 11th Gen CPUs, Acer has announced their new Swift series laptop. These laptops are going to be having the aforementioned CPUs. The same models earlier used to come equipped with the 10th gen Intel i5 and i7 chips.
Acer Swift 5
Acer Swift 5 is going to be powered by 11th-Gen Intel core i5 and i7 processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics. The laptop[ comes with a 14-inch FHD display, a 90% screen to body ratio, and a peak brightness of 340 nits. It also features a touch screen display and weighs about 1kg. The company claims that the Swift 5 battery can last up to 17 hours and fast charging can give four hours of use in just 30 minutes.
Acer Swift 3
Acer Swift 3 (SF31353) has a 13.5 inch, 3:2 aspect ratio display. It has a peak brightness of 400 nits and 100% of sRGB color gamut. It weighs around 1.19 kg and Acer claims a battery life of 18 hours. Acer Swift 3 (SF314-59) comes with a 14-inch FHD display and an 82.73% screen to body ratio. It weighs around 1.2kg. Both the models will be powered by 11th gen Intel Core 15 and 17 processors and have up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
Acer Swift 5 will start at $999.99 while Swift 3 will start at $699.99.
