The law enforcement source informed TMZ about certain revelations. On December 13, 2022, Allison Holker, tWitch’s wife, entered a Los Angeles Police Department station in a panic. tWitch had left the house without his car.

Moreover, tWitch was found dead in the hotel bathroom at the Oak Tree Inn in Encino, California, at roughly 11:15 a.m. PT. He killed himself from a gunshot wound to the head he had inflicted on himself. On the spot, he was deemed dead.

On the morning of December 12, 2022, sources told TMZ that tWitch had booked into the hotel only one day before he would be killed. It was reported to TMZ by motel employees that tWitch was neither “in distress” nor “visibly distraught” upon his arrival.

Employees also told TMZ that he brought a carry-on bag and only planned to stay one night. On December 13, 2022, when tWitch failed to check out of his room and reply to the motel’s calls, they discovered his body inside.

What did the motel executives say?

Due to the motel’s U-shaped design and individual apartments, the employees assured TMZ that they did not hear a single gunshot throughout tWitch’s stay. After tWitch’s death, the hotel manager informed Us Weekly that business was slow for a week.

The worker also stated that tWitch was not with anybody else on the day that his death was discovered and that “everything was normal, nothing was unusual.”

On December 14, 2022, Twitch’s wife, Allison Holker, sent a statement to People confirming her husband’s death. Holker said, “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to tell my husband Stephen has left us.”
