Competition has been going up since the game came out. However, OW players who have been playing for a while know that seasonal events are the best.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Overwatch 2 Halloween event
The first seasonal event will be Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride and will take place from October 25 to November 8, 2022.
The following heroes will get skins for Halloween and Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride event; Junker Queen, Kiriko, and Sojourn.
A glimpse of Event Details
It’s time to be scared again: Halloween Terror is returning to Overwatch. Get ready for a shock because this event brings the next chapter in the story. It will show the evil Dr. Junkenstein in the form of a new co-op mission. Moreover, this mission will be known as Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride, which is only available for a limited time.
Come back to Adlersbrunn with four new characters to experience a brand-new story. The Bride of Junkenstein wants revenge on those who killed her creator. As the anniversary of the mad doctor’s revenge approaches, find out more about what will happen this year from the Lord of Adlersbrunn.
Complete challenges to get special rewards like the Nightfall Over Adlersbrunn Name Card, Battle Pass XP, and more. In the original Junkenstein’s Revenge co-op Brawl, which is coming back for a limited time to Halloween Terror 2022, Dr. Junkenstein himself will make a big comeback.
From October 25 to November 9, you and your fellow heroes will face many scary things. You can try to protect Eichenwalde or fall victim to the Bride’s vengeance.
No tricks, just good things
Watch your favorite streamers on Twitch during Halloween Terror to get even more scary rewards. From October 25 at 11 a.m. PDT until November 1 at the same time, all channels that stream Overwatch 2 will have terrifying Twitch drops.
Fans who will stream the event will get rewards like Werewolf Winston Spray and Werewolf Winston Legendary Skin.
Of course, that’s not the end of the fun. You can get the Werewolf Winston item drops by watching your favorite Overwatch 2 Twitch creators. Moreover, you can get more free rewards by beating Halloween Terror-themed Junkenstein challenges.

Since loot boxes are no longer a part of the game, we can assume that Blizzard will make cosmetics available in the in-game store or add new events.
Or, do something like Fortnite and Apex Legends and make a separate event battle pass. But they’ve already said players will get the Cursed Reaper skin just by logging in.
