Shakira is talking openly about how difficult her breakup with her partner, Gerard Piqué. Milan, 9, and Sasha, 7 were the couple’s two sons. Hence it is announced in June that they were divorcing after 11 years of marriage.
She claimed she was not prepared to talk about understanding. She Piqué, a soccer player for La Liga team Barcelona, were over as a couple.
Statement From Shakira
The 45-year-old Hips Don’t Lie singer said she constantly worked and travelled. It is before having children, a lifestyle she decided to quit. She is also being investigated for tax fraud in Spain.
She knew that her continual travel and nomadic existence had to be put on the back burner. Her career had to be put in second gear once Milan started school, towards the end of 2014.
She was aware that once he started school, she would need to relocate to Barcelona, establish herself there. There for him, Gerard, and eventually, Sasha. He wanted to play football because he was a soccer player. She had to encourage him. He would either terminate his agreement with Barcelona.
Shakira Connect with Kids
Shakira made a bond with her kids. Also she loves by choosing to support Piqué while he continued his soccer career. She put her career on hold and travelled to Spain to be at his side as he played football and won championships.
And it was a loving sacrifice, she added. As a result, her kids were able to have a present mom. now she have this incredible, enduring bond with them. Shakira chose to back Piqué as he pursued his soccer career, forging a closeness with her kids that she adores.
She haven’t said anything and have just tried to take it all in. The fact that she is still dealing with it, that she is in the public eye. Hence this split isn’t typical of a divorce make it difficult to discuss. So it’s been difficult for her kids as much as for herself.
Challenge of Protecting Kids
The Grammy winner acknowledged that protecting their kids has been a significant challenge. she alleged “she always have cameras set up camp in front of her house.” And other than her own house, there is nowhere she can hide from them with my children. We can’t go out for ice cream, a walk in the park, or any other activity without a photographer following her. Consequently, it’s challenging.”
“And she made an effort to hide the issue from their children. Since protecting them is her top priority in life, she attempt to accomplish it. However, they later learn stuff from their pals at school or find unfavourable news online. It simply affects them.”
