Thor Love and Thunder: About the Movie
Thor: Love and thunder is a forthcoming American superhero film. It is based on the Marvel comic character THOR. It is produced by Marvel Studios. It is going to be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is considered to be the direct sequel to Thor: Ragnarok which was released in 2017 and the 29th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
By the year 2018 in the month of January, Hemsworth, and Waititi had already discussed plans for a sequel to Ragnarok. Love and Thunder were officially announced in the year 2019, July, with Hemsworth, Watiti, Thompson, and Portman, they did not appear in Ragnarok.
Watiti also stated that the film would adapt elements from Jason Aaron’s run on the MIGHTY THOR comic book, which sees Portman’s character Jane Foster take on the mantle and powers of Thor whilst suffering from cancer.
Robinson joined the film in the month of February in the year 2020, with Waititi later describing it as a romance film. The filming began in the month of January in the year 2021 in Sydney, Australia, and was concluded at the beginning of June.

This film is directed by Taika Waititi. She also co-wrote the screenplay with Jennifer Kaytin Robinson.

Thor Love and Thunder: Release Date
Thor Love and Thunder is set to release in the month of July on 8, 2022. It will release as part four of phase MCU.
Pre-Production
In early June 2021, Waititi committed that post-production for the film will be wrapped up this month, that is February 2022. Later that month, Diesel was confirmed to be reprising his role as Groot for the film.
In the month of October 2021, the film’s release date was postponed to July 8, 2022. While Simon Russell Beale was revealed to appear in the movie. Maryann Brandon serves as the editor of the film, while Brad Winderbaum serves as a producer.
