It is an upcoming American biographical drama movie. It is written and directed by Andrew Dominik. It is adapted from Joyce Carol Oates’s novel BLONDE which was released in 2000. This film is based on the life of actress Marilyn Monroe, played by Ana De Armas.
As supporting roles, Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, and Julianne Nicholson can be seen. The producers of the movie are Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Tracey Landon, Brad Pitt, and Scott Robertson, which, after a lengthy period of development that began in 2010. The production started in Los Angeles in the month of August 2019.

In 2019, March, It was announced that Ana De Armas was in early negotiations to star in the movie. She was cast as the replacement of Chastain. Dominik noticed De Armas’s performance in Knock Knock, while she went through a long process for the casting, Dominik secured her the role after the first audition she gave.
