Prince Harry has recently demanded police protection for his family saying that they aren’t safe in the United Kingdom. He has filed a claim against the Home Office for not allowing him to pay for his private security in the United Kingdom. His lawyer told the Court that Harry and Megan are worried about their children’s security and haven’t been able to visit him, family, fearlessly because of these concerns.

What Are the Security Concerns Of Prince Harry?
Prince Harry had concerns regarding his children’s security. Apparently, the private security team that safeguards them in the USA is not entitled to receive confidential information regarding Prince Harry from UK government agencies.
This is adversely affecting their ability to protect Harry and his family. Harry has filed an appeal against the Home Office for denying his private security those details. The UK Government has said that the security agency is American and is thus not entitled to the government’s support.
His lawyer told the Court: ‘This claim is about the fact that the claimant does not feel safe when he is in the UK given the security arrangements applied to him in June 2021 and will continue to be applied to him.’
Controversy Regarding The Prince Harry’s Security
Harry and his family’s security has been a topic of hot controversy ever since 2020. In 2020, Harry and Megan gave up the security that was provided to them as working Royals. Until then, the taxpayer’s money was used to fund their security. After a certain while, it was disclosed that Harry and Megan had to avail themselves of private security for their trip from UK to Las Vegas.
Subsequently, the government of the United States of America also stated that they were not going to pay for the security of Prince Harry and his family. The Duke of Sussex then hired a private security company for their safety.
