Top 3 Companies Dominating 5g Network

The digital definition is ” 5g is based on OFDM (Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing), a method of modulating a digital signal across several different channels to reduce interference”.

What is 5g?

5G is the 5th generation mobile network. It is a new global wireless standard after 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. 5G enables a new kind of network that is designed to connect virtually everyone and everything together including machines, objects, and devices.

There are a lot of companies worldwide that dominate the 5g network however the companies best positioned to take advantage of the 5G growth include Ericsson, Nokia, and Qualcomm.


Ericsson and Italian telecom operator TIM are working together to discover new and exciting 5G services and bring together the players that will enable them.

Ericsson’s commercial 5G deal tally reached 100 on Wednesday, . The 100 commercial 5G contracts or agreements are with unique service providers, 58 of which have been publicly announced.

Top companies dominating 5g network


Nokia and kyndryl have done a partnership 5g project. The partnership seeks to address current opportunities in the industrial space with LTE while paving the way for 5G enhancements in 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards releases in the future.

“This 5G piece is part of a bigger strategy that we have around creating more integrated industry solutions,”  said kyndryl.


Like kyndryl and Nokia Qualcomm have also done a contract for bringing 5g. Qualcomm and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) are working together on a next-gen, 5G distributed unit for mobile networks.

“HPE is looking forward to collaborating with Qualcomm Technologies to help address the rigorous and ever-changing demands of 5G,” said Tom Craig, general manager of HPE’s communications technology group, in a statement.

Other than that companies like Samsung, Apple, Hawaii, intel, Microsoft, ZTE corporations  etc have also contributed to bring 5g network. No doubt it holds the future.
