After months of investigation in the assault case of Trevor Bauer, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer is not going to face any criminal charges related to allegations of sexual assault against him, the LA County district attorney announced Tuesday.

The LADA’s officer in an interview said that “After a thorough review of all the available evidence, including the civil restraining order proceedings, witness statements and the physical evidence, the People are unable to prove the relevant charges beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Last July, the MLB agreed with the MLB Players Association to put Trevor on reward administrative leave through the remainder of the 2021 season. While the police in Pasadena, CA, investigated the allegations on Trevor. Trevor was rewarded while on the restricted list, which was extended almost nine times through the World Series. From the end of 2021, he scientifically is no longer on leave.

He last pitched on June 28th. According to the police documents, a woman, who has only been recognized as “Ms. Hill” at her advocate’s request. She asserted to have met Bauer through Instagram. She first met up with the Dodgers pitcher on April 21.

She said that the first time she met Trevor, he performed many sexual acts without consent. She alleged that Trevor retched her to the point of insensibility and punched her in the face and genitals. Ms. Hill also claims he started off sex without her consent.

Trevor asserted to have had two sexual experiences that were “wholly consensual” with Ms. Hill. Hill received medical observation a day after the second encounter, according to police documents which indicated “significant head and facial trauma” with signs of a basilar skull fracture. After the allegations went public on June 30, Hill filed a short-term restraining order against Trevor. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge later refused her appeal to make the short-term restraining order permanent.
