Attacks NY Gerrymander: Highlights
Former US president Trump blistered the democrats in a Saturday statement.
He e-mailed through his Save America PAC, “Republicans are getting absolutely creamed with the phony redistricting going on all over the Country,”.
He said, “We were expecting to do well in New York and now, we’ll lose 4 seats,” referring to to the state’s new congressional map that has Empire State Republicans crying foul.

The key 11th district which circumscribes Staten Island and parts of Brooklyn was redrawn this week and replaced with Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights with the blue bastions of Park Slope, Sunset Park and also Gowanus — a boundary change that could oust Trump ally Rep. Nicole Malliotakis from Congress in November.
Meanwhile, in Republican-majority states like Ohio and North Carolina, courts have canceled the new maps that had been declared to be overly benevolent to the GOP.
President Donald Trump blamed the Republicans for allowing the Democrats gerrymandering to plow forward.
Trump said, The Old Broken-Down Crow, Mitch McConnell, sits back and does nothing to help the Party,” which was a very big statement.
A group of 14 voters of New York have filled a petition on Thursday against the Kathy Hochul government and other officials of states, claiming that the new district lines she signed into the law this week are unauthorized.
New York Democrats are expanding gerrymandering as they grasp the control of redistricting. But they may get bitten by their belief that they have a permanent lock on non-white voters.
According to Dems, the minority votes belong to them by default.
The greatest political story for the last four years has been the re-organization of Hispanic and Asian voters across America with the GOP. Now, Hispanic voters are moving away from the Democrats because the party’s most important considerations are all wrong.
