Kakazu launched the manga in last year’s 41st issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on September 14. The Our Blood Oath 1st Volume was shipped on January 4, 2021, and the second and final compiled volume will ship on March 4, 2021.
Viz Media’s Shonen Jump service and MANGA Plus are both published the 1st Volume manga in English. MANGA Plus describes the series:

Kakazu published a one-shot in Weekly Shonen Jump in November 2019 titled Seiyaku no Aka (Red Pledge).
Story of Our Blood Oath 1st Volume:-
This story follows the journey of siblings Shin and Ko, human and vampire respectively. The first a servant, the second the master, in effect.
The two, though from a family of vampiric aristocrats, have taken the side of humanity. and do battle against other vampires to protect the innocent from their hemophilic wrath.
Vampires don’t have to be humans in this story, though. Some are animal-like monsters, like vampiric sheep demons. So, while cool in concept, it again hits the same story beats that all the other recent exorcism manga have. “Demon Slayer,” “Jujutsu Kaisen,” “Chainsaw Man,” “Bone Collection,” “Ayakashi Triangle,” “Phantom Seer”. and now “Our Blood Oath” to name a few in a recent publication.
This isn’t a new genre in terms of “Jump” titles. it can be likened to older series like “Bleach” and “Blue Exorcist.”
