The series began to air on October 11, 2021, and within its first few episodes, it has received immense love and affection from fans all over the world. It was created by Ki Min-soo and Hong Seok-gu.

The show revolves around the time of the Joseon Dynasty era in which it was considered a bad sign to give birth to the twins. The Crown Prince of the Kingdom had a wife who unfortunately gave birth to two beautiful twins. There was chaos all around the Kingdom and it was decided that the twin girl should give up her life. But her mother couldn’t do that to her so she planned on sending her far away from the Kingdom and continuing to pretend that she died.
Years later, her twin son loosed his life on the battlefield. The Crown Prince’s wife knew that it wasn’t the right time to tell everyone about Lee Hwi’s death so she decided to call her daughter back and convince her to go on pretending as she is the Lee Hwi. Everything was going well until Lee Hwi started to develop feelings for her teacher, Jung Ji-Un, who has no idea about her real identity and thinks that she is Lee Hwi.
