A Los Angeles court denied Britney Spears‘ request to eject her father from a guardianship arrangement that gives him control of her affairs, US media reported on Thursday.
“I just want my life back. It’s been 13 years & it’s enough,” Spears said in the 20-minute statement.

To end the “abusive” conservatorship during which she announced she has been medicated to control her behavior, prohibited from giving rise to judgments on understandings or finances, & staved off from having a contraceptive implant removed, despite wanting more teenagers.

The Los Angeles Superior Court verdict made on Wednesday was about a petition filed in September by Spears’ lawyer to expand wealth administration firm Bessemer Trust to the conservatorship & remove her papa Jamie Spears, the news agency documented.
“The conservator’s invitation to postpone James P. Spears instantly upon the authorization of Bessemer Trust Company of California as sole conservator of the estate is withheld without prejudice,” Judge Brenda Penny said in judiciary filings seen by the news mechanism.
The determination did not put up with Spears’ announcement from last week into deliberation.
