What Happened in Nevertheless Episode 7
In the seventh episode, the group prepares for a retreat, and they invite Do-hyeok to join them. When the rest of the gang departs, Jae-eon is unexpectedly tasked with bringing up Na-bi from her home.
He tries to break the ice in the automobile by striking up a discussion with her. Jae-eon is envious of Do-hyeok’s proximity to Na-bi, so the party moves to an amusement park.
After a few journeys, Jae-eon finally has the chance to speak with her and expresses his displeasure with the two of them not conversing. Na-bi apologizes for being cruel to Seol-a, but Jae-eon isn’t ready to stop the talk yet, so he rushes down on his knees and confesses that he wanted her to wish him on his birthday a few days ago.
Na-bi, on the other hand, refuses to give in this time, and Jae-eon’s heart bleeds, even more, when Do-hyeok unexpectedly reveals that Na-bi has always been his first love.
However, neither of the two men is willing to let up, and the dynamic between Jae-eon and Do-hyeok is exacerbated by a drinking game. Everyone piles on Jae-eon at the beach afterward, wondering if he likes anyone, and Bit-na wants to know if the person he likes is in the group.
Before he can respond, the focus switches to Na-bi, who slashes her hand accidentally, but just as she is about to depart for her aunt’s, Jae-eon snatches her hand and responds to her wound.
Despite Na-bi’s reminder that he has a girlfriend, he tells her that he misses her. He brushes off her remark and moves in for a kiss. On the other hand, Do-hyeok is calling her over, and Na-bi can’t take her gaze away from Jae-eon.
