UFC 261:was a mixed martial arts event conducted under UFC that happened on 24th April 2021 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, United States. The fight has encountered approximately 15,300 witnesses as audiences.

Kamaru Usman Vs Jorge Masvidal, Usman defeated Jorge in the second round by knocking him by the elbow within the 1:02 time limit. Usman made a strong impression while playing against Jorge and became Man of the match at the Night calling him “The Nigeria Nightmare”. 

Under Women’s Strawweight, Rose Namajunas defeated Zhang Well with a straight head Kick in the very first round of the match, making KO in 1:18 time. Rose once again became ownership of her own title “Thug Rose”. Rose played a strategy by heading in lowkey and snapped a head kick which gave a loud chant in the hall. Rose becoming the first woman to regain a belt in her original weight range.

Women’s Flyweight- Valentina Shevchenko against Jessica Andrade, the game heated in the second round, Valentina used the method of Elbow to Hell and knocked down Jessica with 3 minutes and 19 seconds. Shevchenko gave a different ending to the audience, turned the tide, and dumped Andrade to the mat, continuously kicking Andrade with her elbow. 

What happened to Chris Weidman, why the match stopped in the middle?

Middleweight was conducted between Uriah Hall and Chris Weidman, creating a buzz in the match, Chris bemoan suffered a severe leg injury after his left leg snapped while trying to kick Uriah. The fight was halted in the middle and sadly ended the match after 17 seconds of the first round. Paroxysm, Chris Weidman took to a hospital on a stretcher, giving no choice and Uriah declared as Winner.

In the Light Heavyweight match, the rival started among Anthony Smith and Jimmy Crute. Anthony leaving the audience surprised after encountering a furious leg kick and clearly stated a defeat to Crute.
