An American television sitcom Friends created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman which was aired on NBC from September 22, 1994, till May 6, 2004. It included 10 seasons. The cast included Jennifer Aniston, Courtesy Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. The show was about six friends who lived in Manhattan, New York City aged between 20 to 30. After months of rumors and waiting the friend are reuniting again after 25 years. On HBO’S special streaming service the friends reunion release date are coming together on May 27th for a special.

Friends: The Reunion special will stream on 27th May on HBO Max. The first teaser of the show is out in which the friends are seen walking together arm in arm. The filming of Friends: The Reunion is completed which according to the sources began on April 5th in Los Angeles but due to the pandemic the release has been delayed. Matthew Perry had tweeted earlier saying that the special will ait in March but that too got delayed due to the pandemic.
Who Are The Guests Getting Featured In Special?
For participating in the Friends: The Reunion the cast will be paid around $2.5 million. Besides the main cast the show will also feature guest stars which include David Beckham, Justin Bieber, K – pop band BTS, Reese Witherspoon, Malala Yousafzai, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling and Tomas Lennon.
The special has been directed by Ben Winston along with executive producer David Crane, Kevin Bright, and Marata Kauffman. The special will stream on Warner Bros in association with Warner Horizon, Fulwell 73 Productions, and Bright/ Kauffman/ crane production.

“Lastly, in order to avoid any misunderstanding about what this special is, we want to make it very clear that this is not a new, original episode of the series. The cast will be appearing as themselves, not as their beloved characters. The special was supposed to get aired in March 2021 which got delayed due to the pandemic.
