Man SHOT & KILLED 6 People Cause he Wasn’t INVITED to the PARTY

A man in Colorado Springs was so upset for not being invited to the party, he ended up killing himself and six other people. The police on Tuesday announced that the shooting was an act of domestic violence. The shooting took place after a birthday party on early Sunday, where the gunman killed six people before taking his own life. Local authorities arrived at the Canterbury Mobile Home Park around 12:20 a.m., after responding a call about a shooting.

When the police arrived at the scene, five people were already dead and one victim was gravely injured. The last reaming victim died in the hospital. Police previously believed that the gunman was the boyfriend of one of the victims. Families, friends, and children were at the party to celebrate the birthday. Fortunately, all the children were not injured during the shooting. The children’s relatives are now taking care of the shaken children.

Police Chief, Vince Niski said in a statement that the horrible incident is something you never hope to happen in your community. He also added that all the officers at the scene and the police department are completely shocked from the incident. The police identified the shooter as 28-year-old Teodoro Macias. He was in relationship with one of the victims identified as 28-year-old Sandra Ibarra.

The shooter reportedly had a history of jealous and controlling behavior, but not abuse

During their year-long relationship, there were no single reports of domestic violence. Macias didn’t have any criminal history prior to the chilling shootout at his girlfriend’s house. Niski said that the gunman had shown the power and control issues of a relationship. The reports claim that there was another house celebration at the victims’ house, where the family and Macias had some sort of conflict.

Police officers at the scene recovered a total of 17 spent shells at the shooting site. The investigators still don’t know how the man got a Smith & Wesson handgun. Macias reportedly had two 15-round magazines, but one of them was empty. The owner of the gun isn’t Macias and someone else purchased it in 2014.
